Next Play Performance has teamed up with Rat Race Run Club out of Ridgewood, NJ, for an exciting evening of working out plus recovering
at our gym in Wyckoff

Come join us for an electric HYROX Styled Workout with Coach Grant. 6 stations. 6 minutes each. Strength + cardio focused.
Followed by
a unique post workout recovery experience in our Sauna + Cold Plunge.
All Rat Race Run Club runners are welcome to experience the benefits of sauna + cold plunge therapy. Bounce back faster and recharge your body!! Your legs will thank you for it!
