8-Week Softball-Specific Conditioning & Weight Training Program

This is opportunity for serious softball players to get stronger, prevent injuries and build more confidence.
Run by Head Strength Trainer Alex Esposito, who has extensive experience training youth athletes including softball players
Everyone is educated on how to lift properly and safely with low weights before advancing to higher levels of exercises.

8 Weeks | 1/8/26 - 2/26/26 | Thursdays at 5:30pm
1 Hour Strength Training
$349 per athlete | Early Bird $299 before 11/30/25
Registration Ends: 12/31/25

Challenge U. Softball | Strength Program | Payment/Cancellation Policy: *Full payment is due at time of sign-up and is non-refundable. Payment is for full 8-week program for the specified purchased dates. The responsibly lies with the family to make sure their athlete attends the 8 Week Program. There are no refunds for unattended sessions or carry-over to future sessions. In certain circumstances, a credit could be issued for use towards future training within 6 months. We reserve the right to cancel the series, if minimum enrollment of 10 participants is not met. In this case a credit will be issued for use towards future training within 6 months.
